• Nature of Services: All astrology consultations, predictions, and remedies provided are based on traditional astrological systems and personal interpretation. These services are spiritual and guidance-based and are not scientifically guaranteed.
• No Professional Advice: The services and remedies offered do not constitute medical, legal, financial/investment, or psychological/psychiatric advice. Clients must seek qualified professionals for such matters.
• No Guarantees or Warranties: No guarantee is given regarding the accuracy of predictions or the effectiveness of remedies. Results may vary from person to person. All services and products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
• Remedies (Important Clause): All remedies including gemstones, mantras, rituals, yantras, or spiritual items are based on belief systems and traditional practices. They are optional, not compulsory, and followed at the client’s own discretion and risk. These remedies are not scientifically proven. The astrologer is not responsible for non-performance, ineffectiveness, side effects, or any financial or personal loss arising from their use.

• Client Responsibility: By purchasing or consulting, the client accepts full responsibility for their decisions and actions and agrees not to hold the astrologer liable for any outcome.
• Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the astrologer shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages, including financial losses, emotional distress, health-related consequences, or business/relationship outcomes arising from consultations or remedies.
• Payment & Refund Policy: All payments must be made in advance. Fees for consultations and remedies are non-refundable once delivered. No refunds will be provided for dissatisfaction with predictions or results.
• Consent & Voluntary Participation: The client confirms that they are voluntarily seeking astrology services, understand the belief-based and non-scientific nature of astrology, and are not under any coercion.
• Confidentiality: All personal details and discussions will remain strictly confidential unless disclosure is required by law.
• Right to Refuse Service: The astrologer reserves the right to refuse service or sale of remedies to any individual without providing any explanation.
• Acceptance of Terms: By booking a consultation or purchasing remedies, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
